We aim to get your order packed and on the road as quickly as possible.
Processing Times
All orders are dispatched with 7 days from the time of order. During busy periods, sales, or new product launches, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Many of our products are made to order, so some items may require additional production time before shipping.
Shipping Within Australia
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post as our primary courier service.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Metro areas: 2–6 business days
- Regional areas: 3–10 business days
- Remote areas: may take longer
International Shipping
We also ship internationally to most countries around the world. Shipping times vary by destination country.
Please note that shipping to the United States unfortunately occurs quity hefty tarriffs and levies due to new policies imposed by the government in 2025. Shipping costs to the United States has been increased to cover these costs, however the good news is that no further costs are required to be paid by the customer.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated timeframes, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carriers, weather events, customs, or peak periods. If you have not received tracking details or your product within the time frames mentioned above, please reach out so that we can investigate the progress of your order for you.
Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or extra costs caused by incorrect address information.
If you need to change the shipping address on your order, please reach out to us via email. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to amend this for you.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help investigate and work toward a resolution.
