This product is excellent, well made, great colour match, comes in two handy sizes, the supplier kept me informed and great communication - if your stuck trying to find an item yourself just ask the staff very polite, knowledgeable and approachable. Hey mate excellent customer service and I love what your doing however;
When I went to install the nuts 3 out of of them had snaped on the step plate thread.
And the flat head insert on the top is too shallow and started to brake straight away.
I will be purchasing these again hopefully in the future because I'd love to give your company another shot. But please try and make the screws more ridged and the flat head screw insert deeper/ stronger
